Bosch Ltd. in India is seeking a seasoned engineering professional to support localization projects and drive excellence in manufacturing using SE (Simultaneous Engineering) methodologies.

The role focuses on project management, process governance, and cross-functional collaboration within the PSIN framework. The position involves implementing SE-Agile practices for new programs, managing documentation, and coordinating capital equipment installations to enable smooth handovers into series

Qualifications

• Bachelors in engineering (Mech, Industrial Eng, Automotive or Mechatronics).
• PMP Certification (Desirable).
• 5+ years in automotive manufacturing systems and project coordination.
• Minimum 3 years hands-on in manufacturing process and project coordination.
• Change management, supplier coordination for budget and timing.
• Strong dedication to drive new topics and improvements.

Responsibilities

• Implement SE-Agile methodology for new projects and monitor KPI s for resource, time, specs, cost and budget.
• Create and maintain project management documentation as per PS Process Compass.
• Plan and execute capital equipment (MAE) acquisition and installation; ensure pre-acceptance, final acceptance and safe launch; handover for series manufacturing with a defined communication matrix.

Job Description

The purpose of this position is to support Industrialization of Localization projects as per PS Process Landscape at PS in India (PSIN) to achieve excellence in Manufacturing for all products, through SE (Simultaneous Engineering) methodology.

Project Management:

Implement SE-Agile methodology for New projects, administer collaboration with SE(Simultaneous Engineering) team & monitor KPI's w.r.t Resource, Time, Specification, Cost & Budget

Process Management:

• Create and maintain Project management documentation as per PS Process Compass.
• Plan and execute capital equipment (MAE) acquisition and installation, including pre-acceptance/final acceptance/safe launch & administer handover of project for Series manufacturing along with defined communication matrix

Team Management:

Define RASI of SE team, improve collaboration with IPN
( International Production Network ) & provide Guidance & support in Industrialization phase.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in engineering (Mech, Industrial Engineering, Automotive or Mechatronics)
• PMP Certification (Desirable)
• Preferably 5+ years of experience in automotive manufacturing systems and project coordination
• Minimum 3 years of hands on experience in manufacturing process in term of Project coordination,
• Change management, Supplier coordination in terms of budget and timing
• Strong dedication, interest, and motivation to proactively drive new and improvement topic
