Job summary

Bosch Automotive Electronics India Pvt. Ltd. in India seeks a BE engineer to manage Laboratory operations and MAE maintenance, coordinate budget and machine requirements, and prepare validation reports for RPP, Localization, QZ, and process improvement projects.

You will interface with customers on validation plans, support proto sample builds, coordinate internal and external audits, and assist SAP BOM migration while solving defects and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience operating electrical devices and equipment
• Familiar with environmental & corrosion testing chambers
• Basic knowledge of handling BOM in SAP
• Hands-on experience with 8D, FMEA, 5 Why, fault tree analysis
• Extensive knowledge on IN-HUB motor and electrical drives (AC & DC)
• Basic knowledge of design software
• Good communication and negotiation skills

Responsibilities

• Ensure Laboratory operations & MAE maintenance (supplier coordination for AMC & upliftment of machines)
• Global coordination for budget and machine requirements
• Perform tests, analyse & release validation reports for RPP, Localization, QZ & Process improvement projects
• Interface to Customer for validation plan finalization & validation discussions
• Support for proto sample build, validation and Sample to Customer (S2C) activities
• Coordinate internal and external quality audits and IT in Lab activities, while ensuring readiness to face audits
• BOM migration activity in SAP
