The incumbent will drive problem solving with A3/why-why, implement TPM, MTTR and MTBF, and plan manpower while developing the team through training and structured action plans.

• Manage tooling effectively.
• Communicate with suppliers on open points and breakdowns.
• Document breakdowns and preventive maintenance.

• Documentation of breakdown & preventive maintenance
