Bosch Automotive Electronics India Pvt. Ltd. invites BE Mechanical graduates to manage supplier scheduling, ensure material availability, and maintain MRP records to meet customer demand.

You will coordinate with Purchasing, IPN, and logistics teams to resolve bottlenecks, plan transportation, and implement improvements for blocked or excess stocks.

Qualifications

• BE Mechanical degree required.
• Experience in automotive/electronics industry recommended.
• Knowledge of MRP and supplier management preferred.

Responsabilités

• Execute scheduling requirements to suppliers per customer demand and maintain MRP records.
• Ensure suppliers' on-time delivery performance and address delivery issues.
• Coordinate with Purchase, IPN, and task force teams for bottleneck issues.
• Implement improvements for blocked, non-moving, and excess stocks.
• Plan transportation, forwarder, and CHA to meet business needs.
• Coordinate raw material changes per engineering change requests within timelines.
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders to align logistics with business goals.

Job Description

1. Execute the scheduling requirements sent to suppliers as per customer demand,ensure the availability of bottle neck materials to meet the demand and maintain MRP and supplier records as per defined standards.

2. Ensure suppliers OTD performance and resolve the key suppliers/issues to overcome delivery issues

3. Coordinate with Purchase/ global services, IPN and task force teams for bottleneck and supplier issues to meet customer requirements.

4. Ensure and execute individual targets by effectively implementing improvement measures covering blocked stocks, non-moving and excess stocks.

5. Plan the transportation, forwarder and CHA to ensure its effective and efficient operation to meet the business requirements.

6. Implementation for raw material changes as per engineering change request as per the defined timeline.

7. Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment between logistics strategies and business objectives.
