• Develop and execute project plans, considering the appropriate delivery model (Agile or Waterfall) based on project requirements and customer preferences.
• Manage end‑to‑end project management activities for a diverse range of engagements, working closely with clients to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Effectively communicate project status, updates, and potential roadblocks to both internal teams and clients.
• Monitor project progress and ensure that project deliverables are of the highest quality, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.

• Proactively identify potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
