Job summary

PwC is seeking a seasoned Salesforce Technical BA in Pune to drive analysis, design and delivery of Salesforce solutions for business applications. You will translate user needs into actionable User Stories and work with developers, QAs, and client teams to ensure successful implementations.

You will demonstrate the solution to clients during UAT, support release cycles, and coordinate data migration across SAP/ERP integrations within Salesforce.

Qualifications

7-10 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce functional consultant.
In-depth knowledge of Sales Cloud end-to-end flow, configurations and setups.
Strong communication and stakeholder management across geographies.

Responsibilities

Analyze user requirements and translate them into functional Salesforce solutions via User Stories.
Support a team of developers and QA to implement solutions and suggest features.
Lead client demos during UAT and release cycles and triage bugs with business users.
Collaborate with QA to review test cases and define testing scope for projects.
Coordinate data migration activities within Salesforce and related ERP systems.

Job Description & Summary: We are looking for a seasoned Salesforce Technical BA

Responsibilities

Perform analysis of User requirements and translated requirements into functional solutions in the form of User Stories
To support a team of developers and QAs to implement solutions while providing proactive feature suggestions
To conduct Client Demos during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) / release cycles phase along with triaging the bugs and preparing test scenarios with business users
To collaborate with the QA team to review the test cases and define the scope for various projects for QA team during implementation
Actively participate in QA activities including A/B testing to identify and resolve issues early in the development cycle
Support the update of functional documentation to reflect any changes to the functional design, including Training material
Support the Support/admin member in responding user requests as needed
Support Cross workstream solution discussion bringing Salesforce perspective, dependency and impact management (upstream/ downstream)
Support and coordinate Data Migration activities as applicable - SAP/ Non-SAP ERP systems in Salesforce
Pipeline management with grooming, refining and execution of the stories across minor/ major releases and hot fixes
Use Azure DevOps as platform for pipeline management and delivery
Work closely with the Program Manager and Core team to establish communication with stakeholders on upcoming changes with minor/ major releases / salesforce release impact and changes
Support cross-workstream co-ordination, alignment and risk management

Mandatory skill sets

7-10 years of hands‑on experience as a Functional consultant with Salesforce
In-depth knowledge of Sales Cloud - end to end flow, configurations and be able to understand and do setups
Be able to navigate and coordinate a large user base spread across geographies - understand their business needs and work with the team to come up with the industry leading practice usage of Salesforce features to meet expectations.
Excellent communication skills. Prepare high quality WSR and other collaterals.
Work with the client leadership for Staffing, Planning, Requirement gathering, technical solutioning and overall engagement execution.
Experience of working with Azure tools - ticketing, Devops
Experience working on the process improvement to ensure reduced re-work, minimum number of defects and regular and continuous implementation.

Preferred skill sets
