Job summary

PwC India is seeking a high-impact GTM Director to lead cyber security initiatives across Global Capability Centers. The role requires building C-suite relationships, shaping large deals, and driving pipeline growth in India's GCC ecosystem.

You will operate at the intersection of cyber security, digital risk, and strategic client engagement. You will be responsible for new account acquisition, relationship development with CISOs and CIOs, and end-to-end deal origination and shaping.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in business development/GTM within professional services, global SI or large security company.
• Proven track record of originating and closing new-logo cyber security/digital risk deals.
• Strong network with CISOs/CIOs/CTOs across GCCs in India.
• Deep familiarity with target sectors and dual-stakeholder environments.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new GCC accounts for PwC India's cyber security portfolio.
• Develop and nurture relationships with CISOs, CIOs, CTOs and GCC leaders.
• Conduct market/sector intelligence to tailor compelling value propositions.
• Lead deal origination, proposals, and commercial structuring for multi-service engagements.
• Co-develop and execute annual GTM plan with campaigns, events and thought leadership.
• Own revenue targets for the sector/account portfolio and ensure client satisfaction.
