Job summary

The role requires good communication in English, strong collaboration skills, and proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint. SAP MM and Power BI knowledge are preferred.

Job Description

• Purchase Order management (Create/Update/Delete) within internal plants.
• No/Slow Mover material tracking.
• Ensure smooth material movement across inter – organization.
• Monitor and track order status and escalating delays where required.
• Updating Order confirmation in PO.
• Support procurement planners/engineers in daily operational tasks.
• Maintain documentation, training materials, and process guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate execution.
• Creating transfer orders for material movement within plants.

Qualifications

B.E. / B.Tech / BBA. / MBA with2 - 3 years of relevant experience

Preferred Knowledge / Exposure:

• Good Communication (Fluent in English)
• Interpersonal and collaboration skills
• Willingness to work with smart techniques.
• Well versed with soft skills like Microsoft Excel, Power Point Presentation, etc.
• SAP knowledge MM Module (Preferred)
