Responsibilities

• Knowledge of Material Planning and Procurement; lead import vendor sourcing for key raw materials with cost efficiency and timely escalations.
• Coordinate supplier creation with the purchase team and global mentor; including SA info record and EDI/ASN setup.
• Troubleshoot errors and provide solutions; manage premium freight portal entry/approval.
• Knowledge of transport and forwarder setup including customs clearance and compliance.
• Responsibility for vendor order and delivery management; review and steer target fulfillment with suppliers.
• Daily work management and reporting.
• Strong cross-functional communication with teams.

• Knowledge of Material Planning and Procurement Function & able to Lead Import vendor sourcing initiativesfor key raw materials, ensuring cost-effective procurement and maintaining high-quality standards to supportproduction needs with strong follow up and timely escalations
