Job summary

Boschgroup in Gujarat, India is seeking a Purchase Order executive to manage PO activities, track order status, and move materials between plants. You will create, update, and close POs, escalating delays and maintaining documentation to support smooth operations.

The role requires BE/BTech/BBA/MBA with 2–3 years of experience, fluent English, and solid MS Excel/PowerPoint skills. SAP MM knowledge is preferred, Power BI is a plus, with collaboration across procurement and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• BE/BTech/BBA/MBA with 2-3 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Purchase Order management: Create/Update/Delete, and update order confirmations.

Job description

Purchase Order management (Create/Update/Delete) within internal plants. No/Slow Mover material tracking. Ensure smooth material movement across inter - organization. Monitor and track order status and escalating delays where required. Updating Order confirmation in PO. Support procurement planners/engineers in daily operational tasks. Maintain documentation, training materials, and process guidelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate execution. Creating transfer orders for material movement within plants.

B.E. / B.Tech / BBA. / MBA with 2 - 3 years of relevant experience

Preferred Knowledge / Exposure:

• Good Communication (Fluent in English),
• Interpersonal and collaboration skills
• Willingness to work with smart techniques.
