PwC seeks an SAP HCM consultant to deliver SAP HCM solutions across PA, OM, TM, Payroll, and Benefits. You will analyze client HR needs, configure modules, and support SAP integrations for efficient HR operations in a dynamic consulting environment.

You will collaborate with HR stakeholders, perform testing, provide end-user training, and help ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while contributing to SAP HCM upgrades and projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of SAP HCM implementation and support experience.
• Strong knowledge of SAP HCM modules: PA, OM, TM, Payroll, Benefits, and Time Evaluation.
• Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
• Experience with SAP configuration, integration, and data migration.
• Good understanding of HR processes and policies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of SAP scripting languages and tools (ABAP, LSMW) is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Conduct system testing, troubleshoot and resolve SAP HCM issues.
• Develop functional and technical specifications for custom enhancements or integrations.
• Provide end-user training and documentation.
• Support system upgrades, patches, and enhancements in SAP HCM.
• Work with Payroll, Finance, and IT teams across modules.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and audit requirements.
• Participate in SAP HCM upgrades and new implementations.
• Monitor performance and optimize SAP HCM configurations.

*Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with HR business stakeholders to optimize HR processes through SAP.
• Conduct system testing, troubleshoot and resolve SAP HCM issues.
• Develop functional and technical specifications for custom enhancements or integrations.
• Provide end-user training and documentation.
• Support system upgrades, patches, and enhancements in SAP HCM.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including Payroll, Finance, and IT.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and audit requirements related to Human Resources.
• Participate in SAP HCM module upgrades and new implementations.
• Monitor performance and optimize SAP HCM system configurations.

* Mandatory skill sets

• Proven experience (typically 3+ years) in SAP HCM implementation and support.
• Strong knowledge of SAP HCM modules: PA, OM, TM, Payroll, Benefits, and Time Evaluation.
• Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
• Experience with SAP configuration, integration, and data migration.
• Good understanding of HR processes and policies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
