Job Title – Strategy Senior Manager

Management Level: 06 – Senior Manager

Location: Mumbai

Must have skills: Proven track record in Strategic Delivery and Sales in Retail Industry. Preferably should have experience in India followed by a successful career in consulting firms in India doing Sales Acceleration and GTM strategy type of projects for India clients.

Good to have skills: Deep Industry Expertise with proven consulting experience.

Job Summary: As a part of our Reinvention Services, you will be primarily responsible for actively managing Strategic Delivery, Sales Acceleration projects with Clients in the above-mentioned industries. Driving sales upliftment projects (penetration, extraction, velocity of sales etc) and market share increase projects (white space identification, potential mapping, working with primary channel partners, increasing retail universe coverage, increasing unique billed outlets etc). You will work with larger teams across units. This role demands a strong ability to originate and structure deals, build long-term trust with C-suite executives, and position Accenture as a strategic partner for transformation and innovation. You will identify and pursue new opportunities, originate deals, and expand relationships with existing clients.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Growing business: Drive client value creation
• Understand the client’s business, priorities and leadership agenda
• Co-create with the client, articulate transformation and drive innovation agenda for the client
• Align the right teams or capabilities to enable (sell and deliver) successful transformation/innovation agenda
• Build long-standing, trust-based relationships
• Establish self as a trusted advisor with the client C-suite through an in-depth understanding of the client as well as industry
• Build networks at Accenture to be able to bring the best of Accenture to the client
• Grow the business/account
• Drive sales, revenue and profitability, and responsible for account financials/key commercial processes (MMS/MMP, MME, MMB) for the account
• Help originate deals based on defined commercial pathways; drive innovative deal construct and solutioning to grow business
• Delivery ownership and excellence

Additional Information

The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions in Digital supply Chain Space

Experience: Minimum 12 years of relevant experience is required

Educational Qualification: Master’s degree in business administration (MBA) or post graduate degree in management (PGDM) full time from premier institutes preferred
