DexCare, Inc. in Bengaluru is seeking an implementation engineer to translate client needs into technical solutions on deployment projects.

You will build scripts, provide demonstrations, coordinate with engineering, and mentor teammates while improving processes and efficiency.

Qualificações

• BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields (or equivalent experience) plus at least 2+ years of experience in an implementation engineering role.
• Proficient analytic, problem solving, and basic leadership skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs, and translate them into technology.
• Effective communicator and collaborator across internal and external teams.
• Proficient understanding of Python and SQL programming.
• Experience with relational databases (SQL Server and/or Oracle).
• Experience with Atlassian Product Suite and other project management systems (Confluence, SmartSheet, Salesforce, etc.).
• Experience working with Cloud Platform Services, such as MSFT Azure or Amazon AWS, with working knowledge of APIs to interface 3rd Parties

• Provides coaching and professional development to others enhancing their product knowledge, technical acumen, and technical sales skills.
• Identifies and implements process improvement within the technical and implementation teams

• Experience with DataDog and Splunk monitoring tools.
