Job summary

FIS is seeking an Implementation Analyst to join our Chennai/Bangalore team. The role involves onboarding clients to FIS systems, interpreting client data, mapping workflows, and ensuring smooth migration to FIS platforms. Night shift availability starts at 7 PM IST.

You will handle client requirements, system configuration, data mapping validation, UAT coordination, go-live readiness, post-go-live support, and documentation. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in Implementation or Tech Support roles.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and other Microsoft applications.
• Hands-on experience with UNIX commands and SQL queries.
• Ability to work independently on complex, high-visibility projects.
• Strong analytical and data-mapping skills with deep understanding of FIS systems.
• Experience interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Capability to mentor others and contribute to process standards.
• Excellent problem-solving, documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide application support and help with maintenance and audit tasks.
• Gather client requirements and perform system configuration.
• Validate data mappings and coordinate end-to-end UAT.
• Ensure environment readiness and go-live cutover activities.
• Monitor post-go-live issues and perform resolution.
• Manage project documentation sign-off and risk tracking.
• Conduct API/host integration testing and regression testing.
• Evaluate change requests and impacts, perform migrations.
