Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in semiconductor wafer fabrication.
• Strong hands-on experience in Ion Implant process engineering.
• Experience in High Volume Manufacturing (HVM) environment.
• Exposure to 200mm and/or 300mm wafer fabs.
• Good understanding of SPC, FDC, DOE, and process control methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Sustain and optimize Ion Implant manufacturing processes to achieve high yield, quality, and throughput.
• Monitor process performance and drive process stability improvements.
• Troubleshoot process-related issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Work closely with equipment and manufacturing teams to resolve process deviations.
• Analyze process data to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
• Support process qualification, recipe optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to process control plans, SOPs, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including integration, yield, and manufacturing.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, global fab environment
