Roles and Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of Implant tool KPIs, driving strategies to maximize tool availability by increasing MTBF (mean time between failure).
• Monitor and analyze SPC/FDC trends and defect data to mitigate process excursions and optimize tool-level yield performance.
• Spearhead continuous improvement projects (CIP) focused on enhancing tool performance.
• Lead PM/CM content reviews and optimizations to improve equipment reliability and extend tool uptime.
• Manage spare parts logistics to ensure zero downtime due to stockouts, while identifying second-source opportunities to drive down costs.
• Provide high-level technical support for critical "Tool Down" recoveries and urgent troubleshooting.
• Support future projects by performing FMEAs, conducting risk assessments and ensuring seamless tool integration.
• Ensure strict adherence to cleanroom protocols, safety standards, hazardous material handling and electrical safety (LOTO).

Eligibility Criteria

Mandatory Skills:

• Diploma/B.Tech/M.Tech
• 3–5 years of experience on 200mm/300mm Ion Implant tools.

Preferred Skills:

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
