Role Description

The Immigration Sales Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Thane. This role involves advising prospective clients on suitable immigration and visa options, explaining eligibility criteria, and outlining application processes. The consultant will conduct initial assessments, schedule and follow up on consultations, and maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM or similar systems. Daily responsibilities include generating leads, handling inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings, and guiding clients through service packages and pricing. The role also includes coordinating with internal case-processing teams, preparing basic documentation checklists, and meeting individual and team sales targets while maintaining high standards of professionalism and client service.
