Responsibilities

• Consult and advise prospective clients on immigration programs, visa options, and eligibility criteria.
• Generate leads through walk-ins, telecalls, social media, referrals, and follow up promptly.
• Conduct in-depth consultations to understand client profiles and recommend suitable immigration solutions.
• Convert leads into clients by providing accurate information and highlighting benefits.
• Maintain client records using CRM systems and ensure all documentation is updated and accurate.
• Coordinate with documentation and processing teams to ensure smooth flow of the application process.
• Stay updated with immigration laws and policy changes.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and report performance metrics to the manager.
• Address client concerns and queries promptly and professionally, building trust and long-term relationships.
• Participate in marketing activities, events, and seminars to promote services and generate awareness.
