Job summary

IRA Immigration Pvt. Ltd. in New Delhi is seeking a Client Service Manager to ensure exceptional client service throughout the immigration process.

You will manage client relationships, address inquiries, and oversee seamless execution of immigration services while navigating complex client situations. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any stream.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales, preferably in the immigration consulting industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Meet and counsel clients looking for immigration to countries like Canada, Australia, UK, New Zealand, etc.
• Attend walk-ins to the office and counsel for overseas opportunities, profile assessment, documentation, and a step-by-step process.
• Meeting Sales Goals, Negotiation, Selling to Customer Needs, Motivation for Sales, Sales Planning, Building Relationships, Coaching, Managing Processes, Market Knowledge.
• Keep record of client data, and update it in the CRM Portal
• Listen to the customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale
• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails

You will be responsible for managing client relationships, addressing inquiries, and overseeing the seamless execution of immigration services. This role demands a strong understanding of immigration processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex client situations.

Responsibilities:

• Meet and counsel clients looking for immigration to countries like Canada, Australia, UK, New Zealand, etc.
• Attend walk-ins to the office and counsel for overseas opportunities, profile assessment, documentation, and a step-by-step process.
• Meeting Sales Goals, Negotiation, Selling to Customer Needs, Motivation for Sales, Sales Planning, Building Relationships, Coaching, Managing Processes, Market Knowledge.
• Keep record of client data, and update it in the CRM Portal
• Listen to the customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale
• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails
• Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business;
• Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
• Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions
• Attending team meetings and sharing best practice with colleagues.
• Possess excellent communication, oral and written skills
