Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Consultant – Immigration role based in Kochi. The Sales Consultant will guide prospective clients through immigration options, explain processes and eligibility, and recommend suitable programs based on individual profiles. Daily responsibilities include conducting consultations, responding to inquiries, preparing and presenting service proposals, and following up with leads to support conversions. The role involves maintaining accurate client records, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery, and achieving set sales and performance targets. The Sales Consultant will also contribute to client satisfaction by providing clear communication, timely updates, and professional support throughout the consultation journey.
