You will work with Jira, Postman, Selenium WebDriver, TestNG/JUnit, and basic SQL to validate software quality and support Agile/Scrum practices.

About the Role

We are looking for a Junior QA Analyst with good knowledge of both Manual Testing and Automation Testing. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of software testing concepts and hands‑on knowledge of automation tools and frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand requirements and prepare test cases and test scenarios.
• Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications.
• Execute functional, regression, smoke, sanity, and integration testing.
• Identify, document, and track bugs using Jira or similar tools.
• Perform defect retesting and regression testing.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of Manual Testing concepts.

• Good understanding of test case and test scenario creation.
• Hands‑on knowledge of Selenium WebDriver.
• Knowledge of TestNG/JUnit or similar automation frameworks.
• Basic programming knowledge in Java, Python, or similar languages.
• Knowledge of Jira or other defect‑tracking tools.
• Basic knowledge of API Testing and Postman.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and database testing.
• Good analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in Software Testing / QA.
• Freshers with strong practical knowledge of Manual and Automation Testing can apply.

Preferred Skills

• Page Object Model (POM).
• Git/GitHub.
• Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Basic understanding of CI/CD.
• Experience with automation frameworks and test script maintenance.
