Job summary

Zithas is seeking a detail-oriented QA Tester (Fresher) to join the software quality assurance team. You will manually test web and mobile applications, design test scenarios, execute test cases, and report bugs to ensure product quality.

The role emphasizes learning SDLC/STLC, collaborating with developers, and building testing documentation while gaining exposure to real-world projects and testing processes.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of Software Testing and QA concepts.
• Knowledge of Manual Testing.
• Basic knowledge of Automation Testing concepts.
• Understanding of SDLC and STLC.
• Basic knowledge of test cases, test scenarios, and bug reporting.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of SQL is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Jira, Postman, or similar testing tools.
• Freshers with a degree/diploma in CS, IT, SE, or related field.
• Candidates who completed a QA/Software Testing course or internship are preferred.
