Job summary

Future Businesstech India Pvt Ltd is seeking an SD-WAN Engineer (Bangalore) with 3-4 years of hands-on SD-WAN deployment and troubleshooting experience. You will configure Cisco SD-WAN, VMware Velocloud, and Fortinet solutions, monitor performance, and ensure reliable enterprise connectivity.

The role requires strong routing knowledge (BGP, OSPF) and solid troubleshooting, with ability to work in a 24/7 support environment and coordinate with vendors for resolution.

Qualifications

• Graduate / B.E. / B. Tech. from IT, Computer Science, Electronic and Communication.
• Hands-on experience in SD-WAN technologies.
• Strong knowledge of routing & switching (BGP, OSPF).
• Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Basic understanding of network security concepts.
• Experience with monitoring tools and ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage SD-WAN solutions (e.g., Cisco SD-WAN, VMware Velocloud, Fortinet).
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot latency, packet loss, and tunnel issues.
• Work on routing protocols like BGP, OSPF; basic MPLS concepts.
• Handle incidents, service requests, and change management activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for issue resolution.
• Ensure high availability and optimize WAN performance.
