A Technical Project Manager (TPM) is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering technology-driven projects by bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders. They combine project management expertise with technical understanding to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with organisational goals.
Note - We are looking for the candidate who can write codes with in TPM role
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Execution
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables and resource requirements.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules and budgets.
- Track progress, manage risks and resolve issues proactively.
- Technical Coordination
- Collaborate with engineering, product, QA, DevOps and infrastructure teams.
- Hands on experience with the below mentioned technologies / Anyone of the categories.
- Full Stack Java: Java, Spring boot, Microservices (Preferably)/Databases/Front‑end technologies using React / Angular.
- Translate business requirements into technical tasks and ensure feasibility.
- Oversee system architecture discussions, integrations and technology choices.
- Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Communicate project status, risks and dependencies effectively.
- Manage expectations, escalations and change requests.
- Process & Quality Assurance
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid).
- Implement best practices for software development, testing and deployment.
- Drive continuous improvement in processes and team collaboration.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Project Management Skills: Proficiency in project planning, scheduling, budgeting and reporting.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), cloud platforms, APIs, databases, DevOps and system integrations.
- Leadership & Communication: Strong ability to lead cross‑functional teams, resolve conflicts and present to stakeholders.
- Tools: Experience with project management tools.
