Job summary

Vrinda International is seeking an experienced IGA Specialist to lead identity governance across our IT services ecosystem. You will design, implement, and maintain lifecycle processes, ensuring secure access management in hybrid environments and cloud/on-premise integrations.

The role focuses on joiningcorporate governance with technical identity solutions, driving efficient provisioning, access reviews, and role management across multiple platforms.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in IT services focused on identity and access management
• Strong expertise in Entra ID (Azure AD) and MIM 2016
• Advanced scripting and development in PowerShell, SQL Server and C#
• Deep understanding of IGA, JML, access governance and SoD controls
• Experience with federation protocols: SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SCIM

Responsibilities

• Architect and manage hybrid identity integrations (AD with Entra Connect and Cloud Sync)
• Develop and maintain automation scripts to streamline identity operations
• Oversee Identity Lifecycle Management (Joiner, Mover, Leaver) workflows
• Design and enforce RBAC and perform regular access reviews

Summary

We are seeking an experienced IGA Specialist to lead and optimize our Identity Governance and Administration framework within the IT Services sector. This pivotal role is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust identity lifecycle processes that ensure secure and compliant access management across our digital ecosystem. The successful candidate will bridge the gap between technical identity solutions and business governance requirements, driving efficiency in user provisioning, access certification, and role management while leveraging advanced cloud and on-premise technologies to safeguard organizational assets.

Responsibilities

• Architect and manage the integration of Active Directory with Microsoft Entra Connect and Cloud Sync to ensure seamless hybrid identity synchronization.
  
• Develop and maintain complex automation scripts using PowerShell, SQL Server, and C# to streamline identity operations and reduce manual intervention.
  
• Oversee the complete Identity Lifecycle Management (JML) workflow, ensuring accurate onboarding, role changes, and offboarding processes.
  
• Design and enforce Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) strategies, conducting regular access reviews and implementing Segregation of Duties (SoD) controls to mitigate risk.
  
• Configure and support modern authentication protocols including SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and SCIM for secure application access.
  
• Administer Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM 2016) and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) environments to support scalable identity solutions.
  
• Drive the strategic implementation of Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) best practices to enhance security posture and operational efficiency.

• Minimum of 6 years of professional experience within the IT Services industry, specifically focused on identity and access management.
  
• Proven expertise in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM 2016), and Active Directory ecosystems.
  
• Advanced proficiency in scripting and development using PowerShell, SQL Server, and C# for identity automation.
  
• Deep understanding of Identity Lifecycle Management (Joiner, Mover, Leaver) and Access Governance frameworks.
  
• Strong knowledge of access control models, including RBAC, Access Reviews, and Segregation of Duties (SoD) principles.
  
• Hands-on experience implementing and troubleshooting federation protocols such as SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and SCIM.
  
• Demonstrated ability to manage hybrid environments with a focus on Entra Connect and Cloud Sync configurations.
