Job summary

Vision Data Analytics in Bengaluru is seeking a Senior Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) Engineer with 5+ years of experience. You will design, implement and support IGA/IAM solutions across on-premises and cloud environments, including provisioning, deprovisioning, and governance workflows.

The role requires hands-on expertise with platforms like SailPoint, Saviynt, One Identity Manager, Entra ID and Okta, plus strong JML and access-reviews capabilities.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years overall experience in IAM/IGA.
• 4+ years in IGA/IAM/Identity Security.
• Hands-on experience with SailPoint, Saviynt, One Identity Manager, Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, or similar platforms.
• Strong knowledge of JML, provisioning/deprovisioning, RBAC, access governance, access requests, approvals and certifications.
• Experience with application onboarding and provisioning/reconciliation workflows.
• Experience with IAM/IGA integrations and APIs.
• Knowledge of SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SCIM, and JWT.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

We are looking for a Professional, Senior Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) Engineer with 5+ years of overall experience and strong hands‑on experience in IGA, IAM, or Identity Security Engineering. The candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, configuring, and supporting identity governance solutions across applications, platforms, infrastructure, and cloud environments

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, administer, implement, and support IGA/IAM platforms such as SailPoint, Saviynt, One Identity Manager, Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, or similar.
• Manage Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) lifecycle, provisioning, deprovisioning, access modifications, role management, access requests, and access certifications.
• Onboard applications, platforms, and identity sources such as Active Directory, Entra ID, Windows, Unix/Linux, cloud, SaaS, and custom applications.
• Configure and maintain provisioning, reconciliation, governance, and certification connectors.
• Develop and support integrations using APIs, SCIM, LDAP, Active Directory, Entra ID, and web services.
• Design and automate access request, approval, provisioning, and fulfillment workflows.
• Implement RBAC, entitlement governance, least-privilege principles, and periodic access reviews.
• Identify and address security risks, policy violations, and Segregation of Duties (SoD) conflicts.
• Support audits, compliance reviews, certification campaigns, reporting, and remediation activities.
• Troubleshoot complex IGA platform, provisioning, workflow, and integration issues.
• Prepare technical documentation, implementation plans, operating procedures, and architecture diagrams.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members.

Preferred Candidates

Mandatory / Core Skills:

• 5+ years overall experience
• 4+ years of relevant IGA/IAM/Identity Security experience
• Hands‑on experience with SailPoint, Saviynt, One Identity Manager, Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, or similar platforms
• Strong knowledge of JML, provisioning/deprovisioning, RBAC, access governance, access requests, approvals, and access certifications
