Job summary

1203 Barclays Global Serv. Cent is seeking a Dev Ops Lead Engineer to drive the evolution of our deployment pipelines and infrastructure in India.

You will design, implement, and optimize CI/CD processes across cloud environments and guide a team of DevOps engineers to deliver robust, scalable platforms. You will lead efforts in containerization, IaC, and security practices while collaborating with product and engineering to ensure resilience and performance.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and managing CI/CD pipelines across cloud environments.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, containerization, and IaC tooling.
• Ability to lead DevOps teams and mentor engineers.
• Solid understanding of DevSecOps and security best practices.
• Experience building highly available, scalable platforms.
