Leap is expanding its IELTS training presence in Chennai and seeking a passionate IELTS Trainer for a field-based, part-time consultant role. You will travel to assigned partner colleges across Chennai to conduct IELTS preparation classes, workshops, and study abroad seminars.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of IELTS or English language training experience, excellent communication and classroom management, and a willingness to travel to partner colleges.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned partner colleges across Chennai to conduct IELTS preparation classes.
• Deliver IELTS and study abroad awareness seminars and workshops on college campuses.
• Assess students' English proficiency and provide personalized feedback.
• Conduct mock IELTS tests and track student progress.
• Guide students on effective test-taking strategies and exam techniques.
• Motivate and mentor students throughout their IELTS preparation journey.
• Build strong relationships with partner college stakeholders to ensure smooth program delivery.
• Counsel interested students and support enrollments into Leap's IELTS programs.
