Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site IELTS Trainer role based in Surat. The IELTS Trainer will deliver engaging classroom lessons focused on all IELTS modules (Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking) to diverse groups of learners. Responsibilities include designing lesson plans, preparing teaching materials, conducting practice tests, and providing individualized feedback to help students improve their language proficiency and test strategies. The trainer will monitor student progress, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with counselors and administrative staff to support overall student success. The role also involved staying updated on IELTS exam formats and best practices, contributing to continuous improvement of the language academy’s training programs.
