Job summary

Communications Test Design is seeking an IAM specialist in Pune to manage identity lifecycle, access controls, and license management. The role requires 6+ years in IAM with strong AD, Office 365, and Azure AD knowledge, plus hands-on experience with AD Manager, ManageEngine Workflow, Exchange Online and SharePoint.

You will collaborate with HR for onboarding/offboarding, monitor ID creation/deactivation, and prepare regular IAM reports while ensuring SLA commitments.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in IAM (Identity & Access Management).
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Office 365, Azure AD, and password management.
• Hands-on with AD provisioning/deprovisioning and license management.
• Experience with Exchange Online, SharePoint, and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage identity and access for employees including creation, modification, and deactivation.
• Process onboarding/offboarding with HR and ensure SLA adherence.
• Monitor and reconcile AD/email groups and licenses.
• Collaborate with Microsoft support for O365/SharePoint/Teams.
• Produce daily/weekly/monthly identity reports and maintain IAM audit trails.

Role & responsibilities

Job Roles & Responsibility: ACCESS MANAGEMENT

• Hands-on experience with AD Manager for ID creation, deactivation, and modification.
• Experience in ManageEngine Workflow for modifications.
• Report preparation for daily, weekly, and monthly ID creation/deactivation.
• Collaboration with HR for on boarding and offboarding.
• Experience in Exchange Online for mailbox and license management.
• Hands-on with SNOW ticketing tool.
• Knowledge of Automation for IAM tasks.
• Monitoring and managing ID creation/deactivation activities.
• Periodic ID reconciliation and review of AD and email groups.
• SharePoint site management and issue resolution.
• SLA management for ID creation/deactivation.
• Resolving O365, AD account, email, and password issues.
• License allocation, utilization, and compliance monitoring.
• Liaison with Microsoft support for O365, SharePoint, Teams.
• 6+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM).
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Office 365, Azure AD, and Password Management.
