Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in a Security Support Role.
• Experience with Windows and PowerShell scripting.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory (AD).
• Cloud administration and Entra/Azure AD experience.
• IAM tools like SailPoint, Okta, CA, BeyondTrust or Oracle OIM/OAM.

Responsibilities

• Own and resolve tier 2 incidents in collaboration with Cybersecurity Operations.

ONLY HYDERABAD LOCATION

This role will be highly consultative requiring technical communication to non-technical people. Documentation and validation skills are the cornerstone of this role. As a high volume of requests from multiple sources are the norm in this position, prioritization and time management skills are the key to success.

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
• 4+ years experience in a Security Support Role
• 4+ years experience with Windows and Powershell
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory (AD)
• Ability to use and write/modify powershell scripts
• Fundamental understanding of at least one cloud platform (Entra, AWS, GCP, etc)
• Hands-on experience with at least one IAM Automation Tool (Oracle OIM/OAM, Sailpoint, CA, BeyondTrust, OKTA)
• An ability to work initially closely supervised and developing into an independent member of a mature team and within workgroup teams to complete tasks
• Ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical audiences, both oral and written skills are required Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, influencing, prioritization, decision making and conflict resolution skills
• Strong initiative; self-starter; self-directed; ability to multi-task
• Experience working with a ticketing system such as Remedy, CA, HPSM, or Service Desk Strong documentation skills

Required Qualifications

• Strong expertise in cloud directory services, primarily Microsoft Entra (Azure AD)
• Hands‑on experience in cloud administration, including user management, access control, and directory services
• Core focus on Active Directory (AD) and Cloud Administration
• Practical experience with SailPoint for identity governance, access provisioning, and lifecycle management
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting
• Comfortable working in operational and support driven environments, ensuring stability and adherence to processes
• Experience with one or more ticketing and tracking systems for task completion: Experience with Change Management Processes:
• Ownership and Completion of Remedy Work Order and Incident Management tickets / JIRA Stories
• IAM meta data management such as:

• Excellent Customer Service skills

• Be a tier 2 access Analyst to research and resolve tier 2 incidents for the service desk.
• Work from established Standard Operating Procedures and look for areas of clarity or improvement.
• Work closely with Cybersecurity Operations teams to deliver the proposed solutions and provide continuous improvement in both security and service.
• Work closely with peer groups to achieve Organizational objectives.
• Troubleshoot access issues specifically for distributed user accounts including windows privileged accounts and VAS enabled UNIX accounts.
• Work with SOX/PCI audit group, support audit activities.
• Mentor specialists and associates.
