Alignerr is seeking an Identity & Access Management (IAM) Analyst to help train and evaluate AI systems with real-world identity and access control scenarios. You will analyze IAM, SSO, and access designs to identify weaknesses and provide structured feedback to improve model understanding.

This remote hourly contract requires 2+ years of IAM experience, strong knowledge of RBAC and least-privilege, and clear written communication. Fully remote with flexible hours, 10–40 hours/week.

• Solid understanding of RBAC, least-privilege principles, and access review processes.
• Practical knowledge of how identity failures emerge and how adversaries take advantage of them.

• Clear written communicator who can articulate technical reasoning with precision.

What You\'ll Do
