Job summary

Kiya.ai, based in Hyderabad, seeks an experienced IAM expert to lead comprehensive identity and access management initiatives. The role involves architecting and delivering end-to-end IAM solutions, integrating platforms, and guiding complex projects across client teams.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SailPoint/Saviynt/CyberArk/Okta/Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD, strong knowledge of IAM concepts, and excellent stakeholder management in an onsite/offshore delivery model.

Qualifications

• 7+ years IT experience with strong hands-on IAM experience
• Strong IAM solution architecture, design, implementation, and integration
• Hands-on experience with leading IAM/IGA/PAM platforms such as SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, Okta, Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD, Ping Identity, ForgeRock
• Strong understanding of IAM concepts including Identity lifecycle management, JML, access provisioning/deprovisioning, RBAC/ABAC, SSO, MFA, federation, access governance, application onboarding, identity integrations
• Experience developing or configuring IAM integrations using APIs, connectors, directories, databases, and enterprise applications
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills for complex IAM solutions
• Experience requirements gathering, client workshops, solution design, and technical documentation
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder-management skills
• Experience working in onsite/offshore delivery models
• Ability to independently own and deliver complex IAM projects
