Job summary

Manpowergroup Services India supports IDCC operations by enabling real-time monitoring, ensuring data accuracy, and driving analytics for renewable assets. The role focuses on data-driven insights, SCADA integration, and automation of reporting processes.

The candidate will monitor solar and wind assets, ensure data quality from SCADA, help prepare daily generation reports, and develop dashboards to track CUF, PR, availability, and losses across assets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering.
  • 25 years of experience in renewable energy (solar/wind) or power sector.
  • Exposure to SCADA systems, remote monitoring, or IDCC platforms preferred.
  • Basic experience in data analysis, reporting, or digital tools.

Responsibilities

  • Support 24x7 monitoring of solar and wind assets through IDCC platforms.
  • Ensure data availability, accuracy, and consistency from SCADA and field systems.
  • Assist in preparation and automation of Daily Generation Reports (DGR) and other MIS reports.
  • Perform preliminary analysis of plant performance (CUF, PR, availability, losses).
  • Identify and highlight data gaps, communication failures, and abnormal trends.
  • Coordinate with site teams for resolution of SCADA/data-related issues.
  • Support onboarding of new sites/assets into IDCC platform with proper data mapping.
  • Assist in development of dashboards, reports, and digital tools for performance tracking.
  • Maintain and validate data logs, alarms, and event tracking systems.
  • Support implementation of digital initiatives such as inverter-level monitoring and geotagging.
  • Ensure adherence to data governance and reporting standards.

Role & responsibilities

The purpose of this role is to support IDCC (Integrated Digital Command Center) operations by enabling real-time monitoring, ensuring data accuracy, and assisting in digital reporting and analytics for renewable assets. The role focuses on improving operational efficiency through data-driven insights, SCADA integration and automation of reporting processes.

Preferred candidate profile
  • Support 24x7 monitoring of solar and wind assets through IDCC platforms
  • Ensure data availability, accuracy, and consistency from SCADA and field systems

Work Experience:

  • 25 years of experience in renewable energy (solar/wind) or power sector
  • Exposure to SCADA systems, remote monitoring, or IDCC platforms preferred
  • Basic experience in data analysis, reporting, or digital tools
  • Technical Skills:
  • Basic understanding of SCADA systems and data acquisition
  • Knowledge of solar & wind performance parameters (CUF, PR, availability, losses)
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced functions preferred)
  • Exposure to data visualization tools (Power BI / Tableau preferred)
  • Basic knowledge of Python/SQL or automation tools (added advantage)
  • Understanding of plant operations and reporting processes
