Job summary

Ericsson is seeking a Senior Program Director to drive delivery of 5G and 4G Core and Cloud solutions. You will lead cross-functional teams across local and global units, ensuring on-time delivery, profitability, and continuous improvement in a dynamic multi-vendor ICT environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience as Program Manager, including Core and Cloud delivery.
• Experience delivering virtualized, and containerized Network Function projects.
• Expertise in automating test and deployment processes.
• Strong project control skills, with the ability to manage projects to meet targets and deadlines.
• Strong customer stakeholder management skills with ability to present to executive leadership in customer organization.
• Solid financial background and experience in delivering within assigned budget.
• Highly developed risk-management skills.
• Demonstrated accountability, customer-focused mindset, positive outlook, willingness to help others outside your assigned activities.
• Strong relationship management experience with leadership, engineers, developers, support, and sales teams.
• Innovative and creative problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to leverage automation to reduce overall delivery timelines.
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
• Experience with solutions in the Packet Core and communication services platforms (e.g., Dual Mode Core, PCC/PCG, MME, EPG, SAPC, CNIS, CEE)

Responsibilities

• Build strong internal and external relationships.
• Harvest and optimize best practices, create and share knowledge assets to industrialize delivery processes.
• Promote a “one team” atmosphere and coach project team members to support their growth.
