Elabs Infotech in Bangalore / Hyderabad area is seeking an experienced IBM Master Data Management (MDM) Developer to design, develop, implement and support MDM solutions across enterprise data domains. You will focus on IBM MDM data modeling, data quality, and mastering processes while collaborating with governance teams to ensure data consistency.

The role requires strong Java/J2EE, web services, XML/JSON and SQL skills, plus hands-on ETL experience with tools like DataStage or Informatica.

Competenze

• Experience in IBM InfoSphere MDM, data governance and mastering concepts.
• Hands-on MDM data modeling, entity management, matching and survivorship rules.
• Expertise in Java/J2EE, Web Services (REST/SOAP), XML and JSON.
• Proficiency in SQL with Oracle/SQL Server/DB2.
• Experience with ETL tools such as DataStage, Informatica, SSIS or Azure Data Factory.
• Understanding of Data Governance, Data Quality and Master Data Management concepts.
• Familiarity with version control and DevOps practices.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IBM Master Data Management MDM Developer to design develop implement and support MDM solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in IBM MDM data integration data quality and mastering processes with a solid understanding of enterprise data management principles

Key Responsibilities

• Design develop and maintain IBM MDM solutions for customer product supplier and other master data domains
• Configure and customize IBM MDM data models business services workflows and matching rules
• Develop and support MDM integrations using APIs web services and ETL tools
• Perform data profiling cleansing matching merging and survivorship rule implementation
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to MDM applications and data quality
• Create technical design documents test cases deployment guides and operational documentation
• Participate in code reviews performance tuning and release management activities
• Work closely with Data Governance Data Quality and Integration teams to ensure data consistency across enterprise systems

Required Skills

• Strong experience in IBM InfoSphere MDM IBM MDM Custom Edition or Standard Edition
• Handson experience with MDM data modeling entity management matching and survivorship rules
• Expertise in JavaJ2EE Web Services RESTSOAP XML and JSON
• Proficiency in SQL and relational databases such as Oracle SQL Server or DB2
• Experience with ETL Data Integration tools such as IBM DataStage Informatica SSIS or Azure Data Factory
• Understanding of Data Governance Data Quality and Master Data Management concepts
