Job summary

Elabs Infotech is seeking a seasoned engineer with deep IBM Product Master expertise to lead platform upgrade initiatives within enterprise MDM environments. The role emphasizes troubleshooting complex IBM Product Master issues, supporting end-to-end build and deployment, and guiding technical teams.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills to liaison with stakeholders and drive high-impact MDM transformation programs in a large-scale banking/financial services setting.

Responsibilities

• Deep expertise in IBM Product Master (IBM MDM Product Master).
• Proven experience delivering platform upgrades on IBM Product Master.
• Strong software engineering capability (mapped internally to Software Engineer, Grade E).
• Experience implementing changes within complex enterprise MDM environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex IBM Product Master technical issues.
• Experience supporting build, testing, deployment and post-release activities.
• Strong stakeholder communication and technical leadership skills.

• Understanding of cross-platform integrations and migration activities.
