Job summary

Talentov is seeking an experienced IBM MDM Specialist with deep Product Master expertise to lead complex upgrades and implement changes in enterprise MDM environments. You will troubleshoot, coordinate across streams, and support build, test and post-release activities.

The role demands strong communication with stakeholders and proven technical leadership to guide engineering teams through transformation programs and cross-platform integrations.

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex IBM Product Master technical issues.

• Strong stakeholder communication and technical leadership skills.

Highly Desirable:

• Experience within large-scale banking, financial services, or regulated enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM) architecture and data governance principles.
• Experience working across multiple delivery streams and large transformation programmes.
• Ability to coach and mentor engineering teams and transfer specialist knowledge.
• Understanding of cross-platform integrations and migration activities.
