Job summary

Resurgent India Limited is seeking a dedicated professional to conduct complete Corporate Insolvency Registration Process (CIRP) and Liquidation support for IPs, including claim verifications of stakeholders under IBC and Regulations.

Draft reports for NCLT, coordinate with IPs and professionals, follow up on hearings, update MIRs, and manage bank accounts as needed. Maintain confidentiality and assist in business development wherever possible.

Responsibilities

• Complete Corporate Insolvency Registration Process (CIRP) and Liquidation support for IPs under IBC and regulations.
• Claim verification of all stakeholders in relation to IBC and Regulations.
• Draft notices, minutes, and reports for filing with NCLT.
• Coordinate with IPs for safekeeping of assets and operations of the Corporate Debtor.
• Assist IPs in operations where the Corporate Debtor is in operation.
• Draft documents like IEOI, RPRP, IM, Pitch Book as required.
• Coordinate with IPs and professionals on engagements and submissions.
• Follow up and update hearings/submissions/applications in courts; update MIRs and maintain records.
• Open and operate bank accounts as needed; ensure timely payments to professionals and IPs.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity; support business development using existing networks.
• Respect colleagues and clients; maintain discipline and punctuality.

Job description

1.To conduct complete Corporate InsolvencyRegistration Process (CIRP)/ Liquidation Process as the support serviceprovider to IPs including but not limited to:

a.Claim verification of all stakeholders intermsof the IBC and Regulations.

b. Conduct COC Meetings includingpreparation of Notice and Minutes;

c. Coordination with the IPs for safekeepingof assets of the Corporate Debtor

d. Assisting IPs in the operations of theCorporate Debtor where the CD is under operations

e. Drafting reports to be filed with NCLT

f. Coordinating with IPs andProfessionals on various engagements

g. Follow up and updation of varioushearings/submissions/ applications in various courts relating to assignments

h. Updation of MIRs

i. Record keeping, Cost/Fee recovery/ timelypayments to all professionals and IPs

j. Drafting of various documents like IEOI,RPRP, IM, Pitch Book

k . Compliancesincluding that of IPs

m. Distribution of funds

n. Opening and operating bank accounts as mebe required

o . Reviewof e-mails and responding promptly but within prescribed time lines.
