Responsibilities include planning units of inquiry, guiding students through the development of studio work and process portfolios, and supporting them in curating and presenting their final exhibitions. The role involves assessing student work according to IB criteria, maintaining accurate records, and preparing learners for internal and external assessments. The facilitator will collaborate with the wider IB team, participate in professional development, contribute to interdisciplinary projects, and engage with families and the school community to support student growth and well-being.
