Job summary

TUV SUD South Asia is seeking an experienced IATF 16949 Auditor to conduct client audits and assess QMS effectiveness. The role involves planning, executing audits, preparing comprehensive reports, and guiding clients through corrective actions.

The ideal candidate will have a mechanical/production/automobile engineering background and strong knowledge of IATF 16949 standards, with a focus on continuous improvement and regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Production or Automobile engineering.
• Strong knowledge of IATF 16949 and internal auditing.
• Experience in conducting process audits and management reviews.

Responsibilities

• Conduct IATF 16949 audits for clients to ensure compliance with standards.
• Plan, manage and execute audit activities including schedules and detailed reports.
• Assess effectiveness of QMS and identify non-conformities and improvement opportunities.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to clients with actionable insights.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulatory changes.
• Facilitate training/workshops on IATF 16949 requirements and continuous improvement.
• Support clients in preparing for external audits and certification processes.
• Ensure audit documentation and records comply with company policies.
• Assist in developing and refining audit tools, methodologies and procedures.

Your Task:

• Plan, manage, and execute audit activities, including developing audit schedules and creating detailed audit reports.
• Assess the effectiveness and efficiency of quality management systems, identifying non-conformities and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with clients to communicate audit findings and recommendations, offering actionable insights for enhancing their quality processes.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in quality management.
• Facilitate training and workshops for clients on IATF 16949 requirements, audit processes, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Support clients in preparing for external audits and certification processes.
• Ensure that all audit documentation and records are maintained accurately and in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in the development and refinement of company audit tools, methodologies, and procedures.
