Job description

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Management Representative with 2-3 years of experience in implementing and maintaining the IATF 16949:2016 Quality Management System in a manufacturing environment. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with IATF requirements, coordinating internal and external audits, driving continual improvement initiatives, and supporting the organization's quality objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure effective implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the IATF 16949:2016 Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Monitor compliance with IATF 16949, customer-specific requirements, and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Plan, coordinate, and conduct internal audits and ensure timely closure of audit findings.
  • Coordinate external audits conducted by certification bodies and customer auditors.
  • Prepare and maintain all QMS-related documents, procedures, records, and quality manuals.
  • Organize and facilitate Management Review Meetings (MRM) and maintain related documentation.
  • Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and support departments in achieving quality objectives.
  • Drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and verify their effectiveness.
  • Coordinate root cause analysis using quality tools such as 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone Diagram, and Pareto Analysis.
  • Ensure proper control of documented information and document revisions.
  • Conduct awareness and training programs on IATF 16949 requirements and quality standards.
  • Support customer audits, supplier audits, and compliance activities.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to quality standards throughout manufacturing processes.
  • Promote a culture of continual improvement and quality excellence within the organization.
Key Skills Required
  • Sound knowledge of IATF 16949:2016 requirements.
  • Good understanding of Core Quality Tools such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and MSA.
  • Knowledge of Internal Audit and Management Review processes.
  • Familiarity with CAPA, NCR, risk assessment, and continual improvement methodologies.
  • Strong documentation and report preparation skills.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Preferred Candidate Profile
  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience in maintaining an IATF 16949 Quality Management System in an automotive or manufacturing company.
  • Experience in handling certification audits and customer audits.
  • Exposure to process improvement initiatives and quality compliance activities.
