Responsibilities

• Deliver reporting solutions, dashboards, and business insights that support data-driven decision-making.
• Manage end-to-end reporting requirements including requirements gathering, metric definition, reporting logic documentation, and solution delivery.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, and other analytics platforms.
• Build, maintain, and optimize reporting data sources and analytical datasets.
• Monitor reporting systems, ensure reporting continuity, and collaborate with IT and business teams to resolve issues.
• Manage ServiceNow (SNOW) tickets and reporting support requests while ensuring timely resolution.
• Drive the BE value proposition and secure involvement in complex delivery and transformation engagements.
• Lead, mentor, and develop teams while ensuring delivery excellence and operational effectiveness.
• Own and deliver automation, analytics, and reporting initiatives in collaboration with delivery teams.
• Provide clients with recommendations on process optimization, business transformation, digital enablement, and operational efficiency improvements.
• Identify trends, risks, opportunities, and performance insights through data analysis and reporting.
• Support documentation, knowledge management, and backup coverage to ensure business continuity.
• Drive future-state transformation, operational efficiency, and reporting enhancement initiatives.
