Responsibilities

• Support development and delivery of standard recurring reports using Excel and data from Compliance systems such as Bullhorn; Cognos; Peoplesoft
• Maintain consistency, accuracy, and reliability across reporting outputs through regular checks and validation
• Identify and escape data anomalies or inconsistencies to senior team members for timely resolution
• Collaborate with team members to meet reporting timelines and service level commitments
• Assist in root cause investigations for reporting issues and support documentation of corrective actions
• Contribute to team initiatives, process improvements, and operational deliverables as assigned
• Participate in training, documentation, and knowledge-sharing activities to enhance reporting skills and process understanding
• Remains comfortable extending support until 1200 EST for Client meetings & discussions
