Job summary

Symbiosis Management Consultants seeks a hydraulics design engineer to contribute to the design, testing and manufacturing of tractor hydraulic systems and components, including electro-hydraulics and hydraulic transmissions.

The candidate should be proficient in 3D modelling/assembly with UG NX, have exposure to CAE simulations (MBd/FEA), and apply DFMEA, DFx and QFD methods to improve reliability and performance.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of engineering concepts related to design of mechanical components (GD&T, tolerances, material selection).
• Exposure to design, testing and manufacturing of tractor hydraulic systems/components and electro-hydraulics.
• Exposure to Indian/International standards for hydraulic/mechanical design, variable displacement pumps & motors, open/closed loop systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, test and assist manufacturing of hydraulic components for tractors.
• Apply DFMEA/DFx and QFD to improve product reliability and performance.
• Utilize UG NX for 3D modelling/assembly and generate detailed drawings.

Job description

.Hydraulics

1. Knowledge of Engineering subjects and concepts related to design of mechanical components like- Mechanics, Material Selection, Heat Treatment , Design of Casting and Forging , Fluid Mechanics , Fluid Power , GD&T , Tolerance Stacking.

2. Exposure to design , testing and manufacturing of tractor hydraulic system/ components , Electro Hydraulics , Hydrostatic transmission , Auxiliary Valves , lifts , Control Valves , ATB , HTB, etc.

3. Exposure of usage of Indian and International standard as applicable to design of Hydraulics / Mechanical components , Variable displacement pumps & motors , open and closed loop systems.

4. Expert in 3D modelling/ Assembly through UG NX .

5. Experience in Understanding or execution CAE simulations related to MBD or FEA of hydraulics part.

6. Understanding and application tools of DFMEA, DFx , QFD.
