Job summary

Jobtailor in Pune, India seeks a System Integration Test Engineer to drive integration testing across automotive subsystems. You will verify interfaces, perform system tests, and report results while coordinating with hardware, software, and mechanical teams.

The role requires experience in automotive product development, test planning, and documentation, with exposure to CAN/LIN diagnostics and test tools. HVAC experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive product development & testing.
• Create system integration test specifications according to product requirements.
• Develop a system integration plan and test including regression tests.
• Execute system integration tests according to specifications and support test strategies.
• Document and evaluate test results; maintain error documentation.
• Transfer test results to project team and assist failure analysis.
• Test engineering for complex systems with HW/SW interfaces.
• Knowledge of ASPICE SYS.4 and EMI/EMC testing is a plus.
• Proficiency with CAN/LIN diagnostics and test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Integrating developed sub-systems according to system architecture
• Verifying interfaces between sub-systems
• Uniting already integrated hardware-software system with mechanical system
• Specifying tests for interfaces between sub-systems
• Performing tests and reporting results
• Executing the system test and integration tests in accordance to the PDP

Requirements

• Experience in automotive product development & testing
• Creating the system integration test specification according to product requirements
• Developing a system integration plan & test including regression tests
• Executing system integration tests according to specificationsSupporting implementation of test strategies
• Documenting and evaluating test results
• Maintaining error documentation and transferring test results to project team
• Supporting analysis of detected failures

• Preferred to have experience of HVAC control application
