Job summary

EQUINEXT ENGINEERING TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a Site Execution professional to supervise daily site activities, ensure quality workmanship, and coordinate with contractors to meet project milestones.

You will review drawings, manage HVAC/MEP installation work, monitor progress, and prepare daily reports. Strong planning, communication, and safety awareness are essential for successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, layouts, and schematics.
• Knowledge of HVAC / Cleanroom / MEP systems and installation practices.
• Understanding of ducting, piping, equipment erection, and insulation work.
• Familiarity with BOQ and material specifications.
• Basic knowledge of testing and commissioning procedures.
• Awareness of quality standards and inspection procedures.
• Knowledge of site safety practices and compliance requirements.
• Basic understanding of project scheduling and execution planning.
• Proficiency in MS Excel for reporting and data tracking.

Job description

• Supervise daily site activities in accordance with approved drawings and project schedules
• Monitor installation works including ducting, piping, equipment erection, insulation, and finishing
• Ensure all work is executed in compliance with quality standards and safety regulations
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors for smooth site operations
• Verify materials received at site against approved BOQ and drawings
• Plan and allocate manpower, tools, and materials for daily site requirements
• Prepare and submit daily progress reports
• Conduct site measurements and maintain records for billing purposes
• Identify and resolve site issues in coordination with design and project teams
• Ensure optimal material utilization and minimize wastage
• Track material requirements and ensure timely procurement and delivery
• Coordinate with client representatives for approvals, permits, and clearances
• Monitor productivity and ensure timely achievement of project milestones
• Maintain proper site documentation including DPRs, material logs, and inspection reports
• Assist in testing, commissioning, and project handover activities
• Prepare and submit qualification documents (DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ)

1.Technical Skills:
