Job summary

Gannet Engineers is seeking an HVAC site engineer to oversee execution and installation on active projects in India. You will handle ducting, piping, AHU/FCU systems, VRF/VRV, and chiller plant room ventilation, while coordinating with MEP activities and ensuring safety.

The role requires reading drawings, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and managing manpower and subcontractors to ensure timely completion and quality control. Strong communication with clients and consultants is essential.

Qualifications

• HVAC engineering degree or diploma is required.
• Knowledge of building codes and energy efficiency best practices.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings, specs and technical documents.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong foundation in HVAC Engineering and practical HVAC knowledge for building systems.

• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work on-site in coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients, contractors, and colleagues.
• Prior experience in HVAC projects for commercial, residential, or healthcare facilities is an advantage.
