Job summary

Cool Aid is seeking a capable service operations professional based in Indore to manage after-sale services for Ductables, VRF, Splits and Chiller AC systems. You will lead a team of technicians and helpers in AMC management and handle chargeable complaints, ensuring timely and quality service.

The role requires prior experience at an AC dealership or principal company, self-direction, and strong PC skills including Excel, Word and email usage.
