Job summary

Johnson Controls seeks an experienced HVAC Project Manager to lead execution and delivery of HVAC projects across India. The role focuses on chiller installation, testing, commissioning, and project execution, with responsibility for schedules, resources, stakeholders, and site teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• PM certifications (PMP/PRINCE2) are an added advantage.
• 8-15+ years of experience in HVAC project execution and management.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete lifecycle of HVAC projects from project initiation to handover.
• Lead the installation, testing, commissioning, and startup of: Water-Cooled Chillers, Air-Cooled Chillers, HVAC Systems, Cooling Towers, Pumps and Associated Equipment.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Develop project plans, schedules, manpower deployment plans, and budgets.
• Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and compliance with contractual requirements.
• Conduct site meetings and provide project status updates to management and customers.
• Manage project risks and proactively resolve technical and execution challenges.
• Ensure timely procurement and delivery of project materials and equipment.
• Support project billing, cost control, variation management, and collections.
• Ensure compliance with EHS and quality standards throughout project execution.

Job Summary
